    It's probably an underestimate, but since I'm already past goal, I'm good with it. Adding 2 miles. Did Boot Camp outside in the humidity and ran a heckuva lot. Up to 17 cups of water so far.

    @Lisah8969: Knees are just the pits....too bad we need them. Glad it is feeling better but better not to push it. Biking has been my go to for mine as they both still hurt.
    June 25: Adding 15 miles of a long dog walk, hike and cycling today.

    My plans to get in here and update this weekend were hijacked by my older daughter needing help moving into her new condo. We still have the only van to move the tall stuff. It was a good day for all. Today's the day we rescheduled my training webinar. This time everyone had multiple reminders so I'm hoping for the best.

    Added 12.25 miles for a June total of 105.25.
