I don't know how many of you have read the book by Dr. Lustig.
If you haven't, here is a lecture he did in San Fran this year.
Great video about addiction, sugar, etc., and how corporations have used our own tendencies to keep us addicted to their products.
Worth the watch, especially if you are diabetic or know anyone who is. Also eye opening on other industries as well.
