Now the weather is warm, the temptations are remarkable... whether beers, ice cream, barbecue or picnics... While Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years end up having meals associated with them, it's very easy to blow up the diet in the summer.

On the upside, outdoor exercise opportunities abound!!

Let us know how you're keeping busy!!

Starting Spring shrub trimming today... with another day forecasting a high in the mid 90s.

Shrubs ain't a gonna like that at all. But it's only gonna get hotter.

While I don't much like working outdoors all day in this heat and humidity either, I will be dropping some pounds, even drinking 5 - 6 liters of water a day.

Killing a couple hours between clients at the halifax airport drivers pit yesterday. Relaxing under the pines in a nice breeze.

New tires, oil and filter, and MVI.

The only thing better than a motorcycle on a sunny day is being naked with intent.

I'm the opposite, our summers are 100+ & my appetite goes way down but I do make more smoothies & they get added to whatever else I do eat so I have to watch it

Decided to mix up my gym schedule a little, then fell during one of the new-to-me classes. Grade 2 ankle fracture; to match the one I had on my other side, a few years ago.

Thank you but it could have been a lot worse.
