Kathy, I just looked back and realized I didn't see your post this morning. I hope everything works out for you. What are you struggling with? Maybe one of us has a suggestion that could help. I know the one that helps me is...keep your face out of the salty nuts and the gold fish. I know we could come up with one that would help you.
Your friends are here to help!!

177.6 this morning. You’re right Chris, I’ve been snacking lately which I had been very careful at avoiding the last couple of months. Have to get back to my veggie heavy meals and drinking water while avoiding the junk. And scheduling more exercise.
I know what to do. Just have to do it. Any suggestions will be appreciated. This month has been moving between 174-178. When my goal was to get out of the 170s I guess I know my goal for July. It begins now!
Take care and enjoy the holiday!

Okay, Kathy...you're right. you know what to do. Now, besides cleaning out the cupboards and pantry of snacks and trigger foods, post you beautiful picture above the cupboard and pantry handle and on the fridge until you are set in your daily routine. Your new pic is beautiful, btw! Now on to the 160's!!
With tons of love!!

140.4 this morning at 5:00. Walking in a few mins. Man, it's hot here! We are going to watch Ronan's swim lesson this morning. He is so damn cute and loves, loves, loves the water.

I love your pictures @kar1959 Kathy, they illustrate your success so well! Remember when you wished you could get into onederland? And look at you now. You look so comfortable in your own skin. I've gone low carb and don't have to fight anymore. But it isn't everyone's thing. Whatever you choose, know I'm rooting for you! :drinker: :drinker:
Paula
164.5 again today.
Chris, If it's too hot in Contra Costa, you could pop over to the beach.

You're welcome, Kathy.

Trying to get our walk in before it gets too hot...then...nothing!! It is supposed to cool off in this next week, tho.

Chris, when it's hot out and we sweat a lot, we all get a little bit salty. My kitties like it. Lick those salty dogs!
164 again today. Pessimist always expects a nasty bounce. Optimist is always happy when pessimist is wrong.

Yes, salty...hot...
I like you new saying, Paula! So true, too.
Chris0 -
My pessimist has been wrong a lot lately, Chris. Such a nice change.
How's this for an odd NSV: I actually had to make sure I get Enough calories each day. Such an odd concept, but true most days now.
It is so relaxing not to fight constant cravings anymore. It feels easy, unstressed, comfortable in my own skin and not guilty anymore.

I am so happy for you! Now, I just need a little kick in the fanny!

-
Yea team!!!! Thank you, both!! Just what I needed, my friends!! No more salt...no more peppermint until Sunday the 8th.
Chris1 -
Very nice Paula! Wherever do you find these things?
Chris why do you get peppermint on Sunday?

We are going to the San Francisco Zoo. The drive there is not fun for me...motion sickness big time. Peppermint keeps it away. Otherwise, it's me and a decorated coffee can. (kidding)
When I was a kid I had two coffee cans for car rides. Even so, my father would pull over, get out of the car...drag me out of the back seat and spank me because he knew I was doing it on purpose.Man, I hated long trips. I cannot ride BART. Never been on a train. Oh, did I mention...I really dislike SF!!

I remember now! Lots of folks have motion sickness. I am sure my dad would have thought I was doing it on purpose if I had it. Very sad.
And trains are so much fun!

I’ll take those butt kicks as well! Getting on the scale in the morning. I hope I haven’t crossed back to the 180s. I will be so po’d.
Kathy1 -
Kathy I am hoping not to have to send any butt kicks your way. But if you need them........................
