cauliflower sandwich thins? Anyone try them?

I just looked and they have these at the Whole Paycheck, I mean Whole Foods right near where I work.3

I haven't had them but I did buy Smart Buns. They look and feel (but don't taste) like hamburger buns. I don't eat them that often, but sometimes you want to pretend like you're eating bread, and they work for that!0

This looks a lot like the fathead dough ingredients, just the nutritional yeast is different.
We are using this recipe made in a muffin top baking pan. They are big enough to slice into two rounds, so you get that sandwich experience. They are tasty and more a bread like mouth feel.
