Up 0.8 pound. Considering I went over my point allotment by ~120 points (!!!), I think that's ok. Still maintaining (though not losing).
Yesterday's LTL was useful for me, personally, to really understand how the WW program is working for me. On the original program I had used (Momentum) I didn't have as much of a defeatist attitude every week. This time around, I'm not sure the way the program is organized "fits" with my personal psychology. I'm going to have to do a little thinking about whether I'd be better off taking a different approach. I dunno.

Not sure what my weight is. My regular scale needs a new battery, so I used the one in our guest room. According to that one, I'm down 3lbs. in three weeks. Clothes fitting noticeably better, so maybe it's true. I'm recording that weight.0
