What meal plan are you all using? I've been doing 300/150/300/150/300. I set my macros at 40/30/30.Wonder if 40/40/20 wouldn't be better.

I just started an experiment this week - I am picking only meals from the nutrition plan. So far it has worked really well, and seems to have me at a 43/28/29 split, roughly. Staying at 1200-1350 cals, depending. I add a shake after my evening workout. I do better on lower carb, higher fat, myself....0
