Now I understand why Romanian dead lifts are so hard for me!

Just got Body by You today, and am about halfway through the book. I'm previewing the exercises as I'm already on workout 3 of week 2 for the Yayog app. I struggle big time with the Romanian dead lifts and cannot get to 36 reps no matter how hard I try. the most I've ever completed in the 7.5 minutes is 21. In Body by You this is exercise 19 out of 25! May have to replace some body by you bending exercises until I'm able to actually do these with good form.

Still trying to figure out if I can customize a Body by You workout on the Yayog app....

    Also noticed that Mark Lauren suggests putting the scale away for 2 months and just using pictures to monitor progress. I would love to break my addiction to the scale, so for now it's in the closet. Whether I can wait a full 2 months, I have no idea, but it sure would be nice to see some movement on sizes, scale weight and body fat again!

    I have a hard time with these, too, because I lose my balance if I do them too fast. I've been able to complete the reps as set forth in cycle 2 of the Body By You routine, though. I just put a stopwatch on my phone and use that for the time.
