Apologies to all!

Hi All,
I just wanted to apologize for being a rather lackluster group leader/facilitator these last couple of weeks. I went on a camping trip and then came home to getting our house ready to list for sale. No excuses, but my attention has been rather scattered.

Addtionally, even though my whole keto plan was working, I was seduced back to the dark side by junk food while on our camping trip with the grandkids and just can't seem to pull it back together.

I am hoping to be totally back on it this week and am starting to come up with ideas for some summer challenges/activities for the group. Since we wrap this session on June 24 (last weigh-in June 25), I would like to start the next session on July 9 and run it to Monday September 17 for a shorter 10 week session.

If anyone has any great challenge ideas, please feel free to start a discussion link below!

    No problem! Real life beats social media sometimes.

    Maybe I can think up some ideas while I’m zoning out at work today :)

    I'll get my thinking cap on too :smile: Good luck with the house stuff. I'm looking to do all that about this time next year! List to sell and look to buy. Eeek!

    No problem. Life happens. I’ve been absent as well. I’m trying to get my summer routine down with the family and myself. Busy busy busy as always. If I think of anything interesting I’ll let you know.
