Does anyone know anything about autonomic neuropathy? I have been having problems lately and seem to have many of the symptoms. What can be done to control or reverse it?

Nerves take a long time to recover, but if you can control your blood glucose tightly you may see improvement over time. There hasn't been much research on this but it appears that avoiding postprandial swings in bg is more important than having a low A1c. The best way to have a steady bg is to eat low or at least lower carb, so as to eliminate the amount of insulin your body needs.
