Strength Training or Core workouts?

I run 4X/week, bike 2X/week and swim 2X/week. But I do no type of strength training. I would like to incorporate strength training/core work 2 days/week. Preferably 30 minute DVD type of workout I can do at home or at the gym. But don't have to be at either place. What types of strength training or core workout do you do?

I found a full body dumbbell routine from Muscle & Strength that I do 2x a week. It's pretty good.

P90x3 is goid if you want a dvd

Have you got a link to the routine?

Bodyweight exercises more than suffice for core training. Planks, Crunches/Curls, Twists.

Do variations of it as part of running cooldown.

No equipment needed. Just part of running sessions.

Thanks everyone! I have been doing a 20 minute routine after a run or bike ride twice a week. Not the same routine every time. I take parts of full body dumbbell routine from Muscle & Strength and some of the 21 day fix routines. I am trying to make it as part of my cooldown so it is part of the routine and I don't feel as though I need to make time for another workout.

I would go to Runner's World and find a routine. The magazine has a few.
