On Dietdoctor.com he has posted a BBC doumentary called The Truth About Carbs. It can be seen in its entirety as a non-member.

Nothing really "new" in it but reinforcement is always good.

    It's sort of along the lines of slow carb to low carb thinking.

    I found the sugar cube visual to show how much equivalent glucose is in certain servings of carbs to be quite good.

    That was a real "eye opener" and IMO the best part.

    I'm watching it now (when I should be working). Yes, it's more slow carb (my approach) than low carb. So far.
