    Week 5 of my half-marathon training begins today. Goal is to run 20 miles!

    exercise: Walked around for several hours in stockholm
    Calories: Whent far over becouse i whent to a chinese buffe and took 3 plates. I have just gone back to cutting and i would have actually have been 500 under yesterday but now i were 300 over instead.

    Tracked: Tracked Everything even if the chinese buffe was difficult.
