this summer has not been good to me. i have had such a difficult time sticking to my daily exercise goal and therefore staying under my calorie goal. i am off to the beach for two days.......we shall see, but good news i am back to work on monday hopefully the routine will help me get back on my routine and start losing again. our year end will be hear before you know it and i am not at my goal. with that said keep up the amazing work guys. we started out with a way lot more and you continue to post weekly. yay!

no weight loss for me this week. again. Sigh. I am going to slowly increase my calories for awhile and then drop them back down to break this plateau.0

I finally broke the plateau! I am down 2.4 and am ready to continue on. My doc gave me some advice and I feel better. Hope to keep this going.
