Do you weigh meat before or after cooking it when counting calories?

I've never actually thought about this but I remember at McDonald's they always specified "weight before cooking". I'd go by the pre cook weight.0

I do it while raw, then enter "raw 90% lean ground beef" or whatever to get MFP values.0

As long as I remember to do it, I prefer to weigh raw. Water content and such can vary widely once cooked, really affecting the overall weight.0
