I dont know what should i do when i hold money on my hand i just buy a lot of chocolate and starting eating it i feel so bad and i start crying whats wrong with me

    Im sorry this happens. I have my hubby come shopping with me so he can stop me. It doesnt always work but a start. Can someone shop with you?

    What I did is I bought some unsweetened cocoa and I put a spoonful into plain yogurt. It allows me to eat my chocolate with very few calories and I don't get the sugar blues and cry anymore. Best wishes!
