I am just starting ket o today. I am going to try keto to see if it helps to keep from going through brain surgery. I don't know too much about it yet.

    Welcome. I would strongly recommend doing your research. There are many studies out there about following a Ketogenic Diet and Brain Disorders, I hope that this ends up being a good fit for you and you get the results that you are hoping for.
