Was dreading stepping on the scales this morning. The increased temp outside, hayfever, limited sleep and a blooming nasty eye infection (typing through very blurry eyes) has meant no outside running or walking for me and little energy/motivation for inside exercise. This combined has left me feeling very sorry for myself and turning to magnums for comfort! I can only put the weight loss down to extra sweating caused an extra day at work, climbing numerous stairs of a non air conditioned hospital and multiple times out of bed to unstick my horrid eyes! The scales have cheered up my face though and MFP have even more so by saying I've hit 75% of my target. Good luck everyone xx4 -

Well I knew I was going to gain this week, had a wedding with a free bar last Friday, a full english to help the hangover Saturday. Carried on drinking all day Saturday at a music festival, burgers and chips and more from the food stalls there. More hangover food on the Sunday, and the football midweek. I'm lucky it was just 1.25lb. The achievement was in not avoiding the scales this morning and facing it. Damage control this week!

Got the scale to move a little bit more this week, despite not doing my C25K this week as it has been very hot & overindulging on July 4th. I'm planning to get a run in today, since it's only 79, instead of 100. I'm still keeping my goal of being at a healthy BMI (145) for my husband's birthday at end of August.4 -
