IF schedule is out of whack

Right now my IF schedule is out of whack.

I've tried cauliflower rice and it leaves me So look hungry.omg.

Also, having a hard time balancing my fasting times as I go to bed around 1 am. I live in Alaska and my prayer times are quite late (I am Muslim). So I don't know if I need to eat more carbs to keep me satiated or what.

I'm so confused now.
