cycle 3 day 11.....well I am holding my own ...but not loosing. so busy but getting my 10 minute trainer in each morning. feel like I am not doing this cycle well.....let's see what 6 days can do ..... what I need to do better.....drink water, maintain that 2 servings of grains or natural starches....veggies!
the main thing to get it done

Today ends my first 17 days so I guess I'll post my progress:
Day 1 - 192.4
Day 17 - 185
Down 7.4 pounds. Ready for Round 2I'll take my measurements again this weekend and see where I'm at but I do have a few pairs of pants that fit much better now than they did.
@slim - great news on your nsv. I wish mine would shrink. Those dd bad boys will be the last to go (from previous experience lol).0 -

Great job....pants fitting better is the best.!!!! I love cycle two....switching it out every other day worked well for me!!0 -

As I am and always have been very chesty my first goal is to lose enough to not have my neck hurting and the terrible headaches that come w/ it. The chest is one of the first areas I gain and lose so Im hoping for sweet relief soon! My body shape is like an apple w/ toothpicks for limbs. It's ridiculous looking!0 -

Today begins my journey in the ARRIVE cycle.Day 1....
I weighed myself this am and I am 151.....to start this cycle.
Basically you eat from your favorite of the first 3 cycles Monday through Friday Lunch, then you enjoy 1 to 3 of your favorite meals over the weekend in moderation.
My main goal is still to get to 145.........0 -

Day 1 is todayThis is my favorite cycle because it keeps me focused every other day and I choose a relaxed weekend day ...
Gained 4 lbs over vacation so starting at 154... time to focus on that 140-145 goal
with 40 miles a week exercise goal between walking and bking0 -
