Missed June sorry folks. Let's make some progress in July. Set your challenge, and report back here. Do you need to do more walking, strength training, tighten up on the treats, doesn't matter what it is, if you need it do it for you because you deserve to reach your goals. Whatever it takes.

I am working on getting my steps' average back up to 10K per 7 day average. Doing well so far this month, I have been doing this for a couple of months now, but just wasn't getting enough in daily. Finally I am going over the 10K daily so when I take my rest days, I can still maintain my average. Can't wait to see how it goes for the rest of the month.
I am also working on using the video I posted in the stickie for the 4 min. work out, trying to do it 3 times per day, I miss some days but I am starting to hit it more, rather than less.
Anyone else setting challenges for themselves this month?0
