I have been on Maintenance for a month so I am having some mind games getting used to NOT having to lose every week.
I noticed I have not been as accountable for getting my Fitbit steps and skipping a few aqua aerobics classes.
I want to be accountable for:
Scale: Keep in GW range weekly WI
Steps: 7,000 per day
Exercise: Six days a week
Eat Breakfast
Eat more veggies
No longer having my main focus on “losing” I just needed a Note to Self that I am still accountable for responsibilities.
