Just had the most hilarious conversation with a relative this weekend. He asked me, "Who is Dr. Keto and what does he say that's different from Dr. Atkins, because they sound like the same idea!" I tried to explain for a minute or so what ketosis is and finally said, never mind. I just don't eat a lot of carbs, that's all. To which he responded, "OK, yeah, but who is this Keto guy?" :D

    My brother and his wife finally went keto after he was very ill. Their 8 year old asked me if I was "Still doing The Keto?" last night. haha
