Exercise ideas

I am near 400#. I have never been one to exorcise and now I am in dire need of finding something that I can do without feeling totally overwhelmed. Plus I have torn both tendons in my ankle which limits me. Please share any inspiring exercise ideas

    I enjoy swimming 🏊‍♀️ and Zumba. Find something that is fun for you. Start small so you don’t get to overwhelmed and then work up
