I have almost completed my first week of Keto, and I am really happy I started this program. I use the myfitnesspal app the make sure macros fall in line. One tip I learned that I really like is the MCT oil morning coffee. I make my morning coffee with 1 tablespoon of MCT oil, 2 tablespoons of Unsweetened Almond milk, and a drop of vanilla extract, and of course coffee. This really gets me going in the morning!

Hi there - I bought some of that MCT oil, but am still trying to figure out what to do with it. I kind of like your recipe... do you just stir it or does it need to be blended?0

For the best taste blend it. Other wise the oil will just sit at the top. When you blend it the coffee will be frothy and creamy. So yummy!!!0
