Hectic Schedule, Weight Loss & GAINS?!!

I am a premed student trying to get my health in order before entering into a demanding profession. I have 60 pounds to lose and am also trying to GAIN a massive amount of muscle. I am still learning the ins and outs of my diet and workout routine. I am currently lifting weights with Sagi Kalev, who appears just about every morning on my TV via the Body Beast program produced by Beach Body. I am in love with strength training. I don't even mind the day after burn. I have been following this program off and on (mostly on!) for a little over a year. I have some nice sized muscles hiding beneath my fat suit! I haven't had the right attitude as far as my diet was concerned, and cardio and I were mortal enemies. I have been logging everything I consume and it's nearly habit now. It's a bit upsetting if I am unable to log my intake for a meal. I have to say, it's really opened my eyes to how badly I had been eating. I always ate far below my calories; I am eating more now than I ever have. I have been going off my TDEE, but I'm sure it still needs some major tweaks. I'm still learning. Just wanted to introduce myself and welcome any input or advice!
