Argh last little bit still coming off slowly (at least I haven't gained so can't grumble too much). Can't up my exercise any more than I'm already doing but could cut down on the snacks to see if that helps. Next week realistically it's all about staying the same, off up to my mum's near Edinburgh for a few days for catch ups with friends. Will try to limit snacks and at least keep steps above 10,000 to prevent weight gain. Out tonight for works leaving do, there are NO healthy options ...the name should have been a giveaway, the Fat Hippo!! and everything is called "dirty" this and that...a dieter's nightmare!!! Good luck with your losses this week everyone xxx1 -

Forgot to enter last couple of weeks so have added them in now. just focusing on honest logging this week, regardless of whether I hit my calorie goal or not. Then will start back focusing on deficit next week.
Always struggle this time of year when my routine goes out of whack.

Gain of half a pound this week. Frustrating because although I upped my calories a little I was eating an allowance that should have afforded me a pounds loss. But if I'm being 100% realistic my logging wasn't entirely accurate so I only have myself to blame.
Not anticipating a loss this week as I have a week off work with my family and I don't want to spoil it by being over the top with diary keeping! So I've set it to a half a pound loss and I'll keep an eye on what I eat and hopefully get some exercise in somewhere and try not to end up with the usual half a stone gain that would come from my summer holiday!
Have a great week everyone!

While I know this number is in part because of fasting two days this week, I'm so excited to actually see the 140s on the scale! The last time I saw the 140s was over 3 years ago! I was maintaining at 153 for nine days before I fasted this week, too, which is helpful to know I can do that after I hit my goal. I know I'm redundant, but my goal is to be at a healthy BMI for my husband's birthday at the end of August. I now feel like I have a chance to make that goal!1 -

Last weekend I had a cocktail night for a friends hens and its just been downhill all week since then so suffered a gain of 700g. Today was actually the first really good day I've had in ages. Gotta make sure I really get back into it and try harder this week.2 -

I'm actually really happy with this loss as I went from 194.2 last Friday up to 195.8 and stayed there for about three days before the scale moved in the right direction.

I forgot to enter my weight yesterday so figured I'd get it in before this thread was closed. Heading out for vacation for 5 days - will try to log my food as accurately as possible and just focus on enjoying the time w/family.2
