So near yet so far!!! I strongly believe everyone has a set point weight-wise and I think I might have met it! Although I have crashed through the 63kg point which I think was my original one as spent most of my adult life at that. Going to work extra hard food wise this week and try and limit my snacks (especially in less active days) although I am now in the healthy BMI range (1.61m) I'd like to get just a little more off to feel more comfortable....I'll keep aiming for my goal bit by bit. Well I had a *kitten* week lol. Hurt my back earlier in the week so haven't exercised much and gave in to the sugar cravings. Gained 100 grams this week

Absolutely over the moon with this weeks loss. I thought it might start to slow down a bit, but I included a couple of cycle commutes to my week which seems to have done the trick. I've not been 149lb since beginning of last year so I'm really pleased! Really starting to notice the weight loss too now

I lost the weight I gained from last week and had a whoosh. I'll certainly take it when it comes as I have been hovering around 24lb loss for several weeks now.2 -

My birthday is on Sunday and I am hoping to be at 152lbs on it, since I missed that mark for my end of July goal. Looks like I'm on track to losing 0.2lbs in 2 days. Very pleased to be closing in on the 140's range! My bigger goal is to be at a healthy BMI (145) for my husband's birthday at the end of August.

I celebrated my birthday on Aug 1st, under 200 lbs for the first time in years. I am worried that being on vacation will result in a gain, so the 2.6 loss from last week is reason to celebrate. Been to Planet Fitness 4 times this week and should make 7 days next week.
