Today's thoughts on NSVs:
Able to stay on track in spite of bring away from home for a month and even making winners circle in spite of that.
Comparing pictures from a year ago and seeing a much fitter self
Much more energy and enjoying exercise. That speaks volumes--you will start making excuses if you don't like to do it.

@RangerRickL, non-scale victory is I can do two pull-ups. Not a big deal for a lot of people, but I'm thrilled, and shooting for 3 soon! If I lose weight it'll be easier.4 -
