Inside budget for today and all food tracked, but no dedicated activity totalling more than 20 mins. (Unless dodging question and jumping to conclusions count). So pass day #1 for me for this month.
Car problem was sorted enough to allow cross town trip. So 3 hours driving instead of 4 hours public transport.

Aug 4 - was at an amazing wedding! I've just logged it all and it says I'm coming out just OK, but there was a lot of guesstimating so more realistically I'll take the pass (#2)
Aug 5 - I'm going to use poetic license to take the after midnight dancing at the wedding calories and exercise to make it a yes x 3 as technically it was in that 24hour period.
