Herbs didn't help menopause symptoms Ditto for acupuncture and hemp oil.

My dr recommended patches then a HRT pill but both were $$$$ so I lost patience; I read about a bio identical cream so I got some from Amazon.

Am hopeful !!!!!!!!

Hey, I just found this group searching for HRT. I just started last week and already I am freaking amazed. My dr. gave me the patch. For the first time in years, I experienced no bloating, cravings, cramps or godzilla like behaviour with my cycle. I am really excited to see how it is after a couple of months. I do think I'm going to have to switch from the patch to a cream however as I like to take really long hot baths and sauna and the patch is coming off and I read not to sauna with it as it can release too much.

    No. Nothing helped.

I got Children's Benadryl which I'm not sure is helping for hot flashes either but I think it helps me sleep through them, which is something ....

    At least there's that.

The CBD oil is still the thing that's working best for me. Virtually no hot flashes since beginning it. Or maybe I'm "done" with them (wishful thinking).

I do take benadryl (generic from costco) somewhat regularly to actually GET sleep.

    Hope you find something.
