    Yeah. Long-term the scale is pointless when you learn how to eat and maintain a healthy weight. It is just so people can get an idea of if others actually lose weight not restricting.

    One day, I am going to do a "Strong Medicine" challenge. That is a minimum of 2000 calories a day of only meat, water, and a small amount of coffee. Unrestricted fatty meat. Required 3 meals a day. And 30 minutes of morning walking. A very simple plan, but calories are way higher than people think they should be and it still works.
