I have been on keto lifestyle for 5 months. Apart from the initial loss of 10lb when I started I have not lost anything since. I am in ketosis and I am sticking to my macros 5% carbs 20% protein 75% fat and 1200 calories. I exercise 5/7 days and record everything on mfp SO WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT??????????? it is soooooooooooooooo frustrating.

you may not like this suggestion but I think it's worth a try. Up your calories to 1400. Up your protein just a bit and lift weights.2

Have you tried intermittent fasting and keto at the same time? It's all about keeping the insulin low for as long as you can every day.0

update. I upped my calories and started losing weight straight away.... lost over a stone now but fell off for christmas but going straight back on starting 7th January3
