It's been an incredible journey so far and my goal is in sight. 50+ pounds down in 8 months with only 30 more to go. I have even been an inspiration to 2 co-workers to start keto. Would love to add some friends. I log daily and have an open diary.

    Congratulations! Inspired to keep working toward my goals. I’m just shy of 2 months on Keto with a steady, slower loss. Still working to hit macros and increase exercise consistently.

    Would love more keto friends too. I don't do lowest carb. I eat a little bit of slow carbs breakfast and lunch and lots of veggies. Don't eat much fruit except on a cheat day.

    Click on someone's name, and then it will appear in a small window where you click on the name again. At that point you should see an option that says friend request.
