    Did 90 today cos I split yesterday's up.

    Have to say I'm bored silly with squats and can't see any difference physically (although there's definately some firming up under the blubber). Friday can't come soon enough.

    Would be interested to hear how others have found it.

    I find it a lot easier now to do a big number of squats and may repeat the challenge next month as I can definitely feel my legs firming up, I'm not sure how much better they look but there is definitely progress.
