i am wondering if any of you are at or very close to your goal weight. what kind of results are you getting? I am mid week 3 and my whole goal with this program is just to lose body fat. I have lost maybe 1 lb so far, but i haven't seen my measurements change at all, not sure if i will. How do you know if your body is just where it is ment to be measurement wise? I think only by looking at pics at the end of week 5 will i know if i lost a bit of body fat?

I am very close to my goal weight...I'm 5'4" and weigh 125. I would like to get down to 115, but would be okay with 120 if I could get down to 15% bodyfat. I am on Week 5 Day 3. I started 130.8 lbs...so I've lost 5 lbs. (all in the first 3 weeks). I JUST got a fat caliper last weekend (just the pinch kind) and I wish that I would have gotten in the beginning. I'm at about 24% bodyfat. My ultimate goal is to lose bodyfat too. I've heard wehn you get down to the last 10 lbs or so you need to add "heavy" weight lifting to burn off the remaining fat. So I have added in some Body Beast 3 days a week.

Do you know your body fat %? I've researched and I think that women can usually only get down to 10-15% if you are that low then I guess it would just be maintaining for you because you know how fast it can creep back on :) Otherwise i don't know why you wouldn't lose bodyfat/inches.

well i am 5.2 ft and i am around 115-116 lbs. my goal was 115 ish and 20-21 % body fat. I am currently between 22-23%. I haven't lost any inches since last OCT! I did slim in 6 for nov and dec and i lost 4 lbs but no inches. SO in the new year i did CLX started in april and finished in july. again lost a few lbs but no inches. So now i am doing t25, i figured i needed to burn that last bit of fat off me with more intense cardio then just doing clx alone. So i will do t25 on it's own and see where it gets me and then do a hybird of clx and t25 after. I wasn't sure if this is just where my body will be and as far as it will really go without pushing too hard and having too hard of a time to maintain it... I am losing body fat as i think i was about 24% after slim in 6 if i remember but i still want to drop more in my lower belly and my bat wings, lol Other then those 2 areas i am very happy with my look and my weight. i have those calipers and i have a hard time getting a consistent reading as i never seem to find the same spot twice. I also use the online sites and they are all pretty similar.

I am close to goal weight 5'6" and 143. The weight is not coming off fast at this point, I am sticking to 1300-1400 calories (not eating back exercise) I just couldn't hack 1200. Eating super clean from the nutrition guide this week, still hasn't made the scale budge. It's weird I have only lost 1 lb in three weeks, two inches off my waist, but my body shape is changing like crazy, I feel relly "solid" if that makes sense, even though I am not smaller. Haven't measure my BF.

This workout is making me feel really great, I am sweating like a maniac. I am happy with my entire body except my waist...I need to lose about 5 lbs of obvious fat off my belly. Legs and arms are happy. I really hope I continue to see some progress in the next 7 weeks, even if I just lose a few more lbs, as I absolutely LOVE the workouts.
If I don't I will switch to insanity after this, but insanity doesn't suit my personality as well. Or my middle-aged knees lol.

    You guys look great :-)
  • Sometimes I think when doing excercise and eating clean your body just starts to reshape. My husband said to me the other day "I was watching you workout and wow your body is changing...your starting to look so atheletic and strong."

I'll take the compliment. Again it goes back to being obssessed with numbers (weight, inches, body fat).

The program makes me feel great...it can't possibly be doing anything bad for me right?

    So I keep pushing play...:)

i just feel at times that i am working so hard and it's just not getting where it is suppose to be or where i want it to be.... you know! I am trying so hard to reduce my body fat, eating at a deficit and trying to eat as good as i can plus make sure i get in every workout and months later i am still struggling in my eyes... I did clx as everyone kept telling me that i needed to lift to lose that last bit of body fat, as i was a good weight. so i bought it, did it faithfully and i did get some changes but noting exciting... so that is why i turned to t25 as "I" though i needed more cardio still to burn off that last fat layer in order for the muscle to pop more from clx. so far i do feel a bit tighter in the core area but i don't see physical changes yet. I hope by the time i take my 25 day pic i will really be able to see changes in it compared to my before picture... losing this last bit of body fat is so hard! ugh

It totally is, those last few pounds are brutal. No advice, just commiseration :drinker:

I'm also aiming to reduce body fat and tone up rather than bothered about the number on the scale. I am also aware I need to incorporate some more strength training into my workouts, and cardio alone is not going to shed the fat. So after bedding in of one week on Alpha I am going to start incorporating CLX 3 x a week, and do three weeks of each phase with the remaining 9 weeks of Focus T25. It's a lot to commit to for a busy girl but I am determined to finally shift these last pounds of fat as for too long I have looked soft round the edges and 'skinny fat'!! It is frustrating when you are close to your goal or just want to improve rather than lose much!
  • i have done the fast track, and got through that fine, i am loving the simple 5 meals too.
i am away on holiday 38 days and this would only take me 8 days into the Beta phase so i was thinking is it ok to do say Alpha in the morning Beta in the evening energy permitting or is this something no one has tried?? i would love to reduce my body fat rather than weight so i am just trying to hurry the process.

In my experience alpha gives you more fat burn, I feel like beta gives more muscle. I don't think doubling up would kill you. But don't crazy and injure yourself, slow down if your body says to right?

I thought I was the only one. I feel super great now starting week 4 of T25 but I gained a bit of weight and no loss in inches or fat :( I was already on target weight when i started but 25 percent fat so my objective is to tone fat into muscle and keep my 133 pounds I'm 5'5". Any advice? When will I see results if any? Feeling discouraged :(

i hear ya... i didn't' get the result i was hoping for at all. I lost only 2 lbs which wasn't a issue being at goal but i didn't lose much fat either. maybe 1% max in 2 months. i lost 0.5 inch off my hips and waist and that was it. i had better results with clx so i am back to that.
