In for 100 again.
So far I've walked 5 but its been nearly 100* so evening miles have been short!. Rummage sales are a lot of work & very time consuming! Where we are doing this sale is where our fall fitness classes will be. My friend who is now the owner of the building was left with YEARS of stuff in all 3 levels! We are trying to sell what we can, haul everything to the dump and then we'll take down walls, rip up flooring & paint! I'm already dreading this job!!!! We sold quite abit today but ohhhh there is sooooo much more!

If you'll have me back, I'm in for 100 miles this month. My personal time management skills are certainly a work in progress. I'm getting my walking in for my mental health but personal time on the computer is suffering (Hmm, maybe that ISN'T a bad thing). I need to at least find time to get in here and say Hi.
I have 4.5 miles already. I hope to get a ticker put together tonight or tomorrow for this month.

@TAXMOM9093 - Don't be ridiculous....of course we'll take you back! It's a very affordable plan with just 3 easy payments.... Really, don't sweat it....we all get busy from time to time and sometimes things slip through the cracks. Fortuantely, forgetting to log in here is nowhere near a fatal error.

My doctor has been trying to get me on high blood pressure meds due to family history (my mom was on 3 BP meds) so she took me BP today. It was 115/74 and HR 56, that is about where I run. She is out of luck yet again, better luck next time
