One more rest day until I get back at it. Feels strange not riding but since we have air quality alerts from all the forest fires, I'm not going to complain.1

Way to go Kar...come help me get that which I gained while tending to all the ailing in my house this summer.
You are such a dedicated and determined lady. Koodos to you girl!
Thank you. I think dedicated and determined fits you even more. How much you've done for all those living beings in your life - way more than a lot of people would. Incredibly selfless.
3.1 miles early morning running today and got scared by two rabbits I didn't see until the last second. Those little white tails look strange when the rest of them is hard to see in the dark.

The smoke is so bad that I am staying indoors on the turbo until this clears out some, Our air quality has been downgraded to unhealthy

That's GOAL for @ANACONDA469!
@2ESSIE - Sorry to hear you have PF! Take it easy for a couple of days. Also, put some water in a plastic 20 ounce pop bottle then put it in the freezer. After it's frozen, take it out and roll your affected foot on it. Works wonders!

I'm taking 2.5 miles of walking from todays moving my @ss up & down a flight of stairs carrying "JUNK" that has been in this office building where we will do fitness classes this fall. I say JUNK cuz it is stuff from ((50)) years ago! Some of it was extremely heavy. My back, glutes & knees were screaming at me tonight! I did this for 6 hrs straight. Not even a potty break in there! I probably did MORE than 2.5 miles but my fitbit is dead cuz I left the charger at our lake house. My friend got buzzed 3 hrs in that she did 10,000 steps & I was up & down more than her but I will post fair & say 2.5 miles.

Thank you for the advice Dave and @vhuber. I have been doing lots of exercises for the PF as I am a big believer in exercise works for most things.I know it can take months to get better so I am taking it easy for now. I will see how it goes. I have the ball so I will use that. I need to get a water bottle and will try that also. Thank you.
Anyway, the pathetic total for 15th August is 2.59 miles giving a grand total of 85.56 miles to date
Been doing yoga, stretches and lifting weights instead of walking, so not being lazy.0 -

OUch, mine just finally went away. It was an Achilles Tendinitis for months, then went to my foot and that's so painful. I used a roller I got in a running store and stretched as often as I could. It's finally gone and I told myself I'd stop whining when I run because at least the pain went away.
Speaking of that - 3.4 miles today.

The frozen water bottle trick really works. My Mom had plantar faciatis and drop foot. The rolling on the bottle on her bad foot worked terrifically.0
