@2essie: rolling the ice bottle helped mine and a tennis ball also worked. I did recommend the Protalis inserts for vhuber. Thy really helped me and have a 90 day return. They were not successful for her but have helped both my dad and me. They have a high success rate. Wish I had them when I first got PF. It was a long recovery. Keeping good thoughts.
You guys have smoke and we have rain, flooding, flash flooding, landslides, roads gone....it has been a mess here. Places that never flood are flooding, people are losing their homes from slides and roads are being taken out. Not sure I would want the fire but both half’s are getting hammered.
Adding 21 miles of walking, hiking and some cycling.

The best laid plans.....I keep thinking of you all but getting in here is another thing. This was my full week of late night classes so my schedule is off and all I want to do is sleep. One more late night next week and I should be back to a more normal schedule.
Added another 15.5 miles for an August total of 47.5 miles
Hope everyone had a great Friday. Enjoy the weekend and I will try to see you again before Monday.0 -

@kar328 - Congratulations on making your goal weight. Your dedication has been an inspiration to us all. Now I'm hoping I can get inspired by your maintenance plan!
@clepant - Congratulations on making your August goal! And congrats on a successful Garden in the Park Day.
@2essie and @leanz - sorry to hear you are both struggling with PF! I hope the ice bottles and golf balls help.
As for me, I'm been hanging out at the intersection of Busy Street and Lazy Avenue. Almost no miles for me this week. Time to get moving.2 -

I am so sorry What a gorgeous face.
Adding 3 miles. Now sitting here trying to think up a post for today's blog entry. I started a blog last month and am trying to get into the habit of posting often, which doesn't always work.
