July was a write off for me, but hopefully August will get things back on track.

    I'm going to recomp starting September 1st, hit my goal or not. Being close to my goal is hard, the margins are tight. I'm at a size I'm comfortable with and I really just want to stay under 128 (puts me in a "healthy" BMI, seems like a good goal if I'm picking) and recomp.

    Hoping to see some progress this month with the "new" eating plan now that I've had a week or so to adjust. Adding the gym back in as well, so no reasons I shouldn't be!

    Had a strong July: dropped fast in 4 weeks but I burned out and gained a little back. Ready to get back to it: hit the macros, swap in whole food choices, weekly strength x3, jog x2 and keep NEAT high.

    Almost where I was before breaking my leg on Memorial Day. Still doing modified workouts. Started PiYo this week and am liking it, even though I'm terribly unbalance and uncoordinated. Wrist is handling it ok so far. Walking 3 miles/day with the dogs and being more mindful about food choices.

    I am 9.2 pounds from my goal. I would like to lose 5 pounds in August. I definitely think that is doable.
