Not pretty because I don't know how...but here it is and HERE WE GO!!!

Schedule for August 1, 2018 -- August 11, 2018

Stretch or Yoga, 30 minutes on 2 days, Rest on 1 day

START -- AUGUST 1st

Punches with exaggerated twist to warm up 45 seconds
Lunges: Do 10 lunges on each leg, repeat X 1
Planks: Do each of the following for 30 seconds
Side Plank, Center Plank, Side Plank
Repeat the Planks one more time
Rows & Curls: do 1 set of 10, repeat X 1
Arnold Presses: do two sets of 10, rest 30 seconds between sets
Flys & Kickbacks: do 1 set of 10, repeat X 1

Repeat this Challenge Once (twice total)

Start August 2nd

40 Jumping Jacks
20 Squats
3 Burpees or 3 - 15 second Wall Sits
10 Pushups
30 Mtn. Climbers


Repeat One Time

Alternate these two Challenges for 11 days. On day 6 and day 11, do either a 30 minute stretch or 20-30 minutes of yoga.

"Rest" on day 7. Walking is okay for day 7. All bodies need a day of rest to adequately prepare for the next week.

    ONCE...DONE!!

    PS...I looked all over for where it said to repeat the workout a second time and couldn't find it in my notes...then I come here to post this...bwahahahah! Right now I don't think I can do this twice with my back. I'll see what I can do as the days go on.

    Walking w/DH in 10 mins then we'll pick up the boys and play a while then I'll go shopping for fun stuff for DDD maybe go to Costco to complete my Sue Grafton ABC books then workout w/DDD and our trainer at 5:00 p.m. then fall face first into bed!!! Ya gotta love Thursday because tomorrow is a REST DAY!!!

    My workout has most of these exercises in it. So I only need to add Punches, and mountain climbers. And anything that uses weights. Done with two days. And my exercise buddy has us repeating. Argh. But I always feel better when it is done. My rest days will be on the weekend though.

    Done for today...Wall Sits instead of whaddie call ems...

    40 Jumping Jacks modified
    20 Squats - TRX
    45 second Wall Sit
    10 Pushups (knees)
    30 Mtn. Climbers

    I am doing these on days I don't workout w/our trainer. She is also helping me with one unassisted pull up. That is my goal for August...one unassisted pull up. :o

    Day 1 done. Could only do 1 set along with 30 minutes on recumbent bike. I am way out of shape...whew!!!

    Shelley, I thought there was some rule about cussing on MFP...and that is a bad word!!

    Walked w/DH this morning then went to Kaiser w/DH...he needed a blood draw...then we worked on the homework DDD sent home w/us yesterday...sooo...this is a rest day from the exercises.

    Walking and workout w/trainer tomorrow.

    Have you guys seen the new triple peanut butter ice cream out there yet?? Just wondering. :o

    Yeah, this guy >:)>:) should be somewhere in the title: tix1fz93ubzx.jpg it has mini peanut butter cups crushed inside...I only had a tiny bit last night along with vanilla and fresh raspberries. The fruit made it a healthy dish!!

    That's why I'm 142.0 this morning at 3:30.

    Must go walk now...exercise it off!! Working w/our trainer at 12:00 this afternoon.

    Chris has a new candidate for her rogue's gallery: GC's, peppermints, & Trip_Pnut_Butter ice cream.

    I'm not doing the challenge so far, my apologies. Baby steps, going to try to increase walking again this week.

    Completed day 2 but only a set. and wall sits instead of burpees...sorry Shelley. Also had a problem with the mountain climbers but will continue to work on them. Also 1 hour on recumbent bike 3 sets of 20 minutes. Working on my stamina it’s sucks!

    Paula we all love walking.

    Kathy them mountain climbers will give you stamina, and kick your butt. Great all over exercise. Do not give up on it my friend.

    Walking is the best, Paula. I got rid of 60 pounds that way! Keep going my friend, and you'll be back in no time.

    Kathy, I do wall sits, too, because the other exercise is outlawed in my town and Paula's town...outlawed!! Getting on the bike was a good move, too.

    Nice going, Shelley. I'm gonna see what I can do this afternoon

    Told my trainer to quit babying me. DUMB!! She kicked my fanny yesterday! Feels great! Day off from walking.

    Ronan's b'day party was yesterday. It was so fun. He was amazed at all the folks who showed up. I didn't know most of them. Makes it awkward for me. Didn't take any meds with me...big mistake. We didn't leave until @ 9:00 and what I had in my system had worn off...man!! I hurt everywhere...won't do that again. He got some cute toys. We will give him our presents on his actual b'day Tuesday. It was fun yesterday.
