I’m on vacation right now and cut and paste is difficult for me on a phone, so I’m not going to post the whole body of the LTL thread
When you start to feel complacent living the lifestyle, how do you turn it around?

For me, the only thing that works is tracking. I just don’t seem to have the ability to properly gauge when I’ve had enough.
I’ve been on vacation for almost a week now and have been staying with some people that don’t have weight issues. It amazes me that they can sit around a table of snacks socializing and not be constantly grazing. Just occasionally having a nibble here and there.0 -
My fuel gauge is also broken so I must track every single day.
I'm also amazed by people who can just have a few nibbles of a snack or dessert and just leave the rest sitting there. And I am also amazed by those who forget to eat. Forget to eat? Never has happened to me.

Some times I go back to the basics and start over. I also review past journals to see what and where I could do better . I also look to see what I was eating and how much I was moving when succeeding.
I may struggle a lot but I will never give up It may be slow but I will succeed.0 -
I just accept that this is all about choices. No one forced me to make this change; I chose it. No one forced me to eat and drink like I did pre-WW, I chose that too. I still remember where that got me physically and emotionally so I prefer this choice over that one.0

I have backed off for a couple days to recharge a bit. It didn't mean I went crazy and did damage. Really just not being quite so focused and anal. I hope to WI on Saturday as a no gain.0

I could be more focused for sure. I don't have the secret recipe.0

I start tracking. Well, I start tracking when the scale says complacency is catching up with me.
I’ve gone back to tracking 3 times now, twice on WW and once on MFP. It has worked every time I’ve tried it.1
