Help I am stuck :(

Looking for some help. I started this journey January 1 2012 !! I started AT&T 286.2 lbs and my lowest was 189 ... I have over the past few months again gained :(. I am back to 202.8 lbs. and I have been stuck here for a while. I was Internetless for a bit so I could only log quick calories but logged before that and have started logging everything again. I have food scale and I log whatever enters my mouth. I have heard eat low carb. High protein. Eat 1200 calories. Eat 2000 calories. Calorie shift. 5:2 diet ... And the list goes on. I only work out at home and the majority is biking and some walking !!

I need help on getting tithe scale moving again. It's depressing to see the high numbers again. Advice !? Thanks in advance :)
