My report for the "Lose 10 lbs in August Challenge"
(Date - Weight - Loss/Gain for week - Total Loss/Gain)
August 1 - 180.0 lbs start weight
August 8 - 177.5 lbs - down 2.5 - total loss 2.5

    Week 1 check-in:

    August 1 - 234.0 lbs start weight
    August 8 - 229.6lbs - down 4.4lbs- total loss 4.4lbs

    Sorry to say that my first week I haven't lost anything! :( But, I am NOT giving up...I WILL lose 10lbs this month!! Way to go everyone with your great results so far!!!

    I can live with it...more motivation to remember to weigh in when I get up and not after breakfast! Funny thing is my clothes aren't as tight and I have more energy so maybe it's muscle gain??? Not sure but I will get the 10 lb goal by the 31st!

    Positive way to look at it - YOU HAVEN'T GAINED!!!!!!!!!!! So that is awesome :) Keep on keepin' on!!! YOU GOT THIS!!!

    Everyone looks like they did great on the first week! I'm down 1lb, which I'm totally fine with! I really feel like this month will be successful. And I don't always believe the scale haha, because my tight pants were not so tight yesterday morning lol!

    August 1 - 258 starting weight
    August 8 - 257 (1lb loss over 5 days b/c i weighed in late but next week it's on!!)

    my total weight loss since the beginning of july has been 11lbs :D

    no change in weight week 1... need to refocus my goals I think and work harder next week.. downfall this week was definitely food. and with my birthday this week we'll see how terrible this week is
