My report for the "Lose 10 lbs in August Challenge"

Sorry to say that my first week I haven't lost anything! But, I am NOT giving up...I WILL lose 10lbs this month!! Way to go everyone with your great results so far!!!0

I can live with it...more motivation to remember to weigh in when I get up and not after breakfast! Funny thing is my clothes aren't as tight and I have more energy so maybe it's muscle gain??? Not sure but I will get the 10 lb goal by the 31st!0 -

Everyone looks like they did great on the first week! I'm down 1lb, which I'm totally fine with! I really feel like this month will be successful. And I don't always believe the scale haha, because my tight pants were not so tight yesterday morning lol!

no change in weight week 1... need to refocus my goals I think and work harder next week.. downfall this week was definitely food. and with my birthday this week we'll see how terrible this week is
