40 Mtn. Climbers

Do this 2 times

A continuation of the workout we did in March 2013!!

    My arm workout was lifting/moving 25 boxes (filled bankers boxes - 25#?) for about 30-60 minutes. Yesterday I carried one around the block to the shredder. I have to remember how good it feels!

    I miss my trainer! She'll be home tomorrow. Hoping to workout Thurs & Fri. We'll see.

    All of these were so much easier back then! :D

    Our trainer is back and I get to see her this afternoon...and have to tell her I've slacked off since she's been gone...dun...dun...dun! :p
