Trust the process. Today only marks 2 weeks. The scale has only moved 3 pounds. But, just took my measurements. In less than 2 weeks ( I didn't measure until almost a week in) I have lost the following inches: 🤩
Upper arm: -2
Waist: -3
Thigh: -1.5
Hips: -4
Also, I was concerned and optimistic this morning that my pee strip showed negative ketones. My blood meter just got delivered this morning, and my first reading is 1.6. Does this mean that I am becoming fat adapted?!

If you stick to the plan without cheats you are definitely becoming fat adapted. It’s a process. Not something you suddenly achieve ine day though.
The urine strips can easily give a false negative reading. Test one time and show moderate or high and chug a couple bottles of water to force a negative test without consuming anything else if you want to test how hydration can produce a false negative.
So I wouldn’t think too much about that. They say you will test negative once adapted but I’m over 3 years in and can still turn them dark purple. Mostly seems to depend on how much fluid I drink.
Think of them as either positive or negative like a pregnancy test. But know that you can get a false negative pretty easily. Positive is any color showing ketones at all. The actual color doesn’t matter. It’s just positive. Not extra positive...1
