A positive thought for the week:
I got a lot of sleep on the weekend after a stressful week of long nights and early mornings o:)
    Healthy snack or meal:
Diet ice cream?? I got chilly cow brown butter caramel ice cream pops. Pretty good, you just gotta let them soften up for a hot minute
    Best workout this week:
Dog walk! Of course! But I did add some dumbbell exercises into my days.
    Comments:
I am still heavier than when we started this challenge. :s I am upping my challenge goal weight... 3.6 pounds in 7 weeks is probably doable no problem for someone with self control, but I ate 4 cakeballs today and self control is not my strong suit

Water weight! While I know this, it is frustrating to see.

    Healthy snacks include: watermelon yum!
Best workout: Lots and lots of walking lately and added my PT which really makes me tired.

Back to my start weight for this session!

Tried quorn for the first time in ages this week, made mince into chilli with lots of different sorts of beans (because we didn’t have enough red kidney beans!). Texture still a bit ‘wrong’ but not as wrong as I had feared! I’d not used it before because I wasn’t sure how well it would go down with the rest of the household, but it was not a disaster and I may do it again.

No weight for me this week, but I’m getting back on the keto wagon tomorrow. I finally bought a scale (I was using my son’s) but I “lost” my itty bitty screwdriver in the move and can’t get the damn back off to pull the battery tab. I think I’ll jump up from my chair now and walk to the Walmart for one. 😄
