What Have You Used to Lose Weight?

I've tried so many things, but what seems to be working right now is having a Fitbit. I got the Fitbit One (it hangs off your belt, pocket, or bra). I like it because it has a screen I can check, and it updates every time I am close to my computer (less work).

I'm kind of competitive, even with myself, so combining calorie restriction, and trying to beat the steps I took the previous day (like beating my high score), I've lost 5 lbs since I got it. Lots more to go, but it seems to be working.

The nice thing, too, is MFP updates my available calories when ever my Fitbit updates during the day.
