Exercise- 20+ mins of sustained walking and going to try a new pm relaxation yoga video tonight before bed. Hoping it helps improve my sleep.
    Calories - under

NSV - ordered pants in the next size down and they fit with a little room. Will be perfect for the fall when I need to layer the long underwear underneath.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I had quite a day!! A 60 minute Align and Define Yoga class, plus a 60 minute trail run/walk in the morning, then in the evening, 3 back to back classes, a 60 minute Hatha Yoga class, a 60 minute Strengthen and Tone Pilates Mat class, and finally, a 60 minute Pilates Reformer Level 2-3 class.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, easily.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Calories: I ate enough for breakfast and lunch that I had plenty to spare for a Dairy Queen soft serve cone this evening. I really enjoyed it and I'm still under my calorie limit.
Tracking: that is what allows one to choose how to 'spend' calories = okay
    Exercise: brisk 20 minute walk

Leaving the gym is a great feeling! Not always able to go consistently to the gym - we have one vehicle
Today my friend bailed on our walk so I jumped on my bike for 30 min. Also a good feeling that I didn't let the situation sabotage my work out
    Yes 3x. Power on people!

ugh, i can feel my depression creeping back up, I've been having a great 2 weeks and now I'm starting to get burned out :/
at least i got a workout done!! it was better to get it over with and be sad & lazy for the rest of the day than just spend the entire day not doing anything and feel guilty for not moving. i still feel like i didnt do enough, but im just being too hard on myself
i'm really fighting the urge to binge and let my depression ruin my progress but im not giving up so easy this time 💕 i just need to take it a bit easier tomorrow, and practice some self care 🌟

Exercised?: Yes (20 mins walk to and from office from hotel)
    Calories?: Yes
    Tracked?: Yes

Tiring day. 6 hours sleep, then work in a new country (and language). 8 hours time zone change so add jet lag into the mix.

Too late for breakfast, lunch was a sandwich (all that was available). Was almost 24 hours from last meal on Sunday to lunch on Monday and was feeling feint.

Exhausted when I got back to hotel after long work day (8:00am - 8:30pm).

Must remember to bring protein bars to work as lunch was 2 hours later than expected.

Still not enough sleep (not in time zone yet).

Feeling out of depth in Spanish (only had about 6 weeks to pick up enough to get by). Barely managing. Can read it OK (just), but understanding real time conversation from native speakers in still very tough (get about 40% of the words and it takes time to filter out meaning and context). Fortunately the work team can speak english (and one or two of the client team), so communication of difficult points can be translated to and from english.

    Very tiring.

Today is a sick day for me. Had a headache and wasn’t able to workout. Plus ate too many calories in the form of homemade chicken pot pie. Oh well. Tomorrow. New day.
