IF newbie!

Hey y’all! I recently started IF & so far I’m LOVING IT! I hit my calorie target and feel so satisfied and never hungry! I’m doing the 16:8 with a window of 12-8! I’m wondering if the first couple days it’s normal to watching the clock & feeling anxious? I’m not necessarily hungry it’s just a habit I think! But it’s so hard to wait to have my coffee (with sugar free flavor and fat free half and half) until 12! Does this get easier with time?
